Delegate Shott moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill 625 -- A BILL to amend and reenact §16-1-9c of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to source water protection plans generally; and clarifying that public disclosure of certain information regarding potential sources of significant contamination within a zone of critical concern is permitted to the extent it is in the public domain through a federal or state agency.
